    and why does it move so slow if no one is even talking 2 anyone what the f is the point of live chat if no one is even there in the first place I am running on no sleep to try and get my account working and they pull this s**t I really and close to going to just getting my money back as I am not getting what I paid for yeah I messed up but them having accounts set up like that in the first place is bull then them taking this long for my tickets then taking over 4 hours for live chat just to get no one and no toll free number for phone support
