    Tried both calling and live chat. Both have just been just disconnecting me. Hope the email I got yesterday will have some promise. I will jut have to see and wait.

    Also does anybody know if making a new character on your account 2 will mess up the process of linking your account 1 & account? Because I jonesing to play some FFXIV.

    I was wondering the same thing, it would be awesome if you could play on Account #2 and merge that character with the main account once they get around to it...
