I was finally able to get through last time. I started a chat and phone call at approx 5pm EST. The chat actually connected me to someone at around 715. I was done by 730. The representative (Daniel if we are keeping tally) knew exactly what the issue was, I gave him my ticket and he said he had escalated it and that it could still take two weeks, but people usually got it done quicker.

I checked the MogStation at about 1115 and it was showing up correctly. I forgot to ask what would happen with the second account, but I assume they will just leave it and let the time expire. It would be nice if they just deleted the whole thing so I have one less prompt to click through (FWP I know).

All in all I was on hold on the phone for about 10 hours total (8 just yesterday), and had 7 chat attempts, each lasting about 2-2.5 hours before getting disconnected. Daniel did say they were aware there was an issue with the chat system, and they are tying to get it fixed.

All I can say is keep at it if it is worth it to you. Luckily, I got through because I had made the decision to just scrap my character and start over if I couldn't get in touch with anyone today.
