    Not to worried about getting the playtime. Fortunately for me, I don't business with knuckle heads... I didn't really want to leave but we are talking major errors for many players and I dont want to invest the time into something that is still bugged from prior Versions. Not to mention in 12 hours they had 20000 tickets submitted.

    The topping on the cake is that they do not have support available this weekend while they are literally making millions of dollars, to me it shows where the companies priorities are. Simple math shows 15000 customers plus a 90 day sub = 1 million plus dollars(30 dollars per game and 13 dollars for monthly sub fee x 3 ). Since it is not customer focused/concerned, I truly am leaving. Make sure to take screen shots of your 1 account that they created the wrong access for. Get pics of Tab 1 and Tab 2, you can get a reversal of charges...

    Kind of sad to be thinking Cash Grab for like the Third seperate time since playing in Beta 4, Early Access, and now this "Launch Disaster",

    I was able to call the support 37 hours ago, and he said he escalated my ticket. However, as of right now, my account is still not working. It just becomes "inactive".

    Should I join the live chat again and ask for more help?

    That's what I'm wondering, they for sure kept the call center open late last night, at least 9:30PM Cali time, I think support is pacific time. Not sure about actually fixing the issue, who does that. I got my ticket escalated late last night and no update yet.

    couldn't agree more, Its been a nightmare.

    I intend to play my 30 days (I have paid for them with the box). but have to give serious thought to adding on a subscription, especially knowing the problems with accounts, and the Customer service levels.
    Being locked out is one thing, Imagine if their dumb system messes up your credit card, I am not spending hours on the phone / email/ live chat to get that fixed.

    Nor pay more money to collect error codes (yes I know more servers are coming)
