    SE EU fixed my account when I called the phone support on the 5th try. The agent pick up real fast within a minute when listening the hold music. So Don't think it sure take hours of overseas toll fee.
    On 1st-4th try I waited for around 10 minutes and put down not wanting to get a big bill later on as I'm not from UK. I'm from South East Asia >. <

    It may take some luck as well and thank goodness I gave it a go so no harm trying but call within your limits please.
