    2 days into my ticket, i got a confirmation they have received it via email. no luck yet with chat support and call center. now I woke up early so I can get into chat live early.. not knowingly that its PDT this time of the year.. got to wait 3 more hours so chat live is open. my service 1 is not inactive so I cant play, my collectors edition is down to 28 days

    I wouldn't worry,

    They fixed my issue this morning, played for an hour, picked up my wife, had lunch, now can't log on keep getting Lobby server connection errors, world full etc.

    hope everyone gets the service errors fixed, just don't get your hopes up of much playtime this weekend

    does anyone know the link to na live chat? i realize it's not open but i literally have not been able to find it anywhere on the support site, i only see email support, i was looking for live chat yesterday also

    I was finally able to get through last time. I started a chat and phone call at approx 5pm EST. The chat actually connected me to someone at around 715. I was done by 730. The representative (Daniel if we are keeping tally) knew exactly what the issue was, I gave him my ticket and he said he had escalated it and that it could still take two weeks, but people usually got it done quicker.

    I checked the MogStation at about 1115 and it was showing up correctly. I forgot to ask what would happen with the second account, but I assume they will just leave it and let the time expire. It would be nice if they just deleted the whole thing so I have one less prompt to click through (FWP I know).

    All in all I was on hold on the phone for about 10 hours total (8 just yesterday), and had 7 chat attempts, each lasting about 2-2.5 hours before getting disconnected. Daniel did say they were aware there was an issue with the chat system, and they are tying to get it fixed.

    All I can say is keep at it if it is worth it to you. Luckily, I got through because I had made the decision to just scrap my character and start over if I couldn't get in touch with anyone today.

    Wait, does that mean your conversation lasted 5 minutes and he escalated your ticket from there, or he actually merged your accounts and resolved your ticket within five minutes? If it's the latter one imma qeue up again and ask the the fun is up with that 'cause I spoke to him as well bout 5 hours ago and I still got nuthin.

    If Chat is up and running (last I heard it was closed)...

    First, make sure you are filling out a ticket using THIS FORM (https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...82&la=1&daxx=2) as all the other ones won't work. If you fill this one out AND have your ticket number handy, they can escalate your ticket much faster.

    Scroll to the bottom and say additional assistance

    say accounting/billing then registration. put your email, and follow the directions.

    They should pay YOU to play the game for going through all that. I really don't think I can go through that much hassle for something I had to pay for.

    After a 2hr wait on Live Chat I finally got through to Chris. He was most helpful in escalating my ticket, so fingers crossed all will be well by tomorrow morning.
