Yeah, previously there it said 1 day left, and my 2nd account still says 26 days left. I've submitted a ticket, but haven't had luck connecting with support yet.You also registered your game activation code to a new service account? And did you submit a ticket regarding this? If so, seeing that picture kind of gives me a glimmer of hope this will get resolved soon-ish... Maybe. But seriously, SE should prioritize this, there seems to be a lot of people in the same boat here. I don't even care if I lose my free 30 days to be honest, I just want to play with my friends.
This exact same thing just happened to me too. I just followed the steps in the launcher and it set up an entirely new account!
What are the best options to go about contacting them to get this resolved - I've seen mention of people placing tickets?

After contacting chat support a few hours ago, my account finally got fixed. However, there are two minor details which make this fix kinda strange:
1.- my account still shows a service account 2, however this one has just 26 days, while my main one shows 30 days right now.
2.- My second service account is also activated O.O.... I'm speechless.
3.- They just gave away one free month to my second account?!

I guess they're so busy with this now, they don't even want to bother deactivating the second accounts for all people.

Wrong. Do not waste time with chat support. I've tried 4 times now, sitting in queue for 2-3 hours, during their opening hours, only to have a "no agent available" once my number went from 1 to 0. This is absurd and an abysmal example of customer service.
Besides that, I've submitted 3 tickets in the past days, no answer. A buddy of mine got his phone line cut after 5 hours of waiting (their number is NOT toll free).
No words. Very, very, very disappointed.
Much obliged. I'm in EU so I'm waiting for the chat to go live in 8 minutes(?)
Despite talking with live chat yesterday morning , nothing changed for me yet , and both services are "inactive" :[ hope they fix it fast since i wanna hit 50 this weekend :/
