I daren't mess with it since I submitted a ticket regarding this issue a few days ago.
Yes it does say 9am GMT, but I've never seen SE take DST into account. We'll find out I guess.
So how does one upgrade its beta account to full? Any step by step? I don't want to mess it up...

sigh, im in the same boat. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for the past 5 days because i knew they were busy with server problems, plus i could still play. Have now been officially kicked from the game and am waiting for them to fix my account ._. Seriously why do they even have multiple service accounts its such a stupid idea.

yeah I don't see why they think there is a need for multiple service accounts it seems like a waste of space and f's people over like it is now!
What I don't understand is why registering the game activation code defaults to a new service account. My pre-order bonus is registered to account 1, why would I want my CE items on a new account?
Why wasn't there something that popped up after entering the code, asking me to confirm whether I wanted it registered on the excisting account, or a new one. Then this issue would most likely have been avoided.

I am tired of their customer support. I am not one to call doom, but the sky seems to be falling. I have talked to Support twice now over Live Chat. The first person escalated my ticket. The next day the ticket was "Closed" because according to the second Customer Rep, it was escalated and no longer in their department. Uh. I don't understand how a company like SE can't see how not allowing people who plaid for the game to play the game is going to end well.
I am very near throwing my hands up and saying F@#K THIS!. I love the game, but if I ever run into an error like this again, I know it won't be resolved in a quick manner.
Final note, if that Customer Rep told me to be patient one more time....oh. Bad thoughts. So many bad thoughts.
So my account no longer says I have 1 day left of EA, but now just says standard. Not sure what that means, figured it would say disabled, or something to that effect. Service accounts aren't merged, though wasn't expecting them to be.

I have the same thing and I can log in, they may have added/disabled the game requiring "days" to play or something like that. Heres hoping,
You also registered your game activation code to a new service account? And did you submit a ticket regarding this? If so, seeing that picture kind of gives me a glimmer of hope this will get resolved soon-ish... Maybe. But seriously, SE should prioritize this, there seems to be a lot of people in the same boat here. I don't even care if I lose my free 30 days to be honest, I just want to play with my friends.
