I bought from the SE website and I never got any additional Key? Should I have?

Mine is the same. Could not log into lodestone because it says I need at least one character which I have since I leveled my character to 20 last night. Logged into mogstation and saw my account is inactive. Run the launcher I get the fill in registration code page. I have also yet to receive any email from SE as to the said new registration code.

I couldn't find the e-mail at first too. Then i checked my older mails and saw that the retailer allready sent it to me at 26th of August as a 20 digits Game Activation Code. My account is activated again. Thank you.

Unfortunately the first early access code I got was EU (although I purchased UA game), then I registered a EU account for early access, now the new code is UA, I can't use it anymore.

Yep had early access and just got kicked and deactivated. Found the other mail with normal access entered that and now can play again, cheers.
