Please help!! My account has VANISHED!!

I was playing just fine and was in the middle of a quest when suddenly the client crashes, I get logged all the way out and had an error I can't remember 3???

Then when I tried to log back in it said I had to register to play, I tried to put in my code but it says it is already registered and it won't let me log in.

Also the lodestone now says "you have to create a character to log in" so it's as if my character has vanished too!

Please Please help me?

Your account is obviously here if you posting on the forum. Can you get on mogstation and how many days does it say you have left?

Same exact thing just happened to me.. Finished level 41 dungeon, then in cutscene, got error tried to log back in and telling me to register again... wtf

I can log in here and it even shows my character but Lodestone says I have no characters and when I try to log into the game it wants me to register my code when I try do that it says that the code is already registered so I can't log in.

I just started so I have the same amount of time everyone has.

My account just Vanished it won't let me log in please someone help!

I can get on Mogstation and my character is there however it now says that my account is inactive

It somehow got deactivated then, you'll have to contact SE support. Did you ever register the game with a product key?

I think they are doing something there, many ppl just got disconected and deactivated accounts

Same thing here, log out for the night come back and can't get in. Mogstation says my account is it's inactive and I can view my character on lodestones without logging in through the mogstation page but trying to log in there says I have no characters.
