    Hi guys. Had the same problem all of you did - been following this thread since Monday.

    I did the online form, got the bogus auto-reply email response. Today I was logged in the support client ready to go and just refreshed my browser until I could click 'start chat' at exactly 9:00 pacfic. Started as 17 in queue and got through after exactly an hour. I did not ask a lot of questions so others would be able to through faster.

    It's been less than 4 hours later and my CE code and days are now under my early access account. I also still have the CE listed as active under the second account -- so I made sure to cancel the automatic renewal of that subscription, but did not delete the account.

    They did close my support ticket immediately after the chat session - but the chat was logged in the ticket history.

    If you're going to use chat, just be logged in and ready to go right at 9:00 pacific.

    And chat queue cancelled on me again after 1 h 50. I am giving up. I will just wait a month and resend my ticket then. Then I guess they won't need as much time to fix it and I won't need personal contact to get it done.

    Every time I get to #1 in the chat queue, it kicks me and says no agents are available. I only have a cell phone and am quickly burning through my minutes as I was on hold for an hour and 40 minutes yesterday before needing to go to bed as I was exhausted. Also, it was after 9 on the east coast, so the call center was probably closed.

    I've now waited in the chat queue for a total of 5 hours today, just to be kicked off the 3 times I made it to #1, because it said no one was available to help me. My phone has been on hold for about an hour now and I see no end in sight. I'm so depressed over this situation. I regret being excited enough to use my code before reading the forums. Although, in my defense, I didn't even realize a second service account being created under my SE ID was even possible. *sigh*

    I didn't get early access because I was given a bad code. Now, I don't get REAL access, because of a code. I spent $80 and change on the collector's edition for the PS3, and right now, all I've got in return is frustration and aggravation. Due to customer service being abysmal, I'm regretting my decision to ever play this game, because even though it is fun as heck, its too annoying to actual pay for continued service.

    Yeah, $30 into my support call and I had to hang up. Can't pay more than the cost of the game for a chance to play it. Screw this, I'm goin to bed.

    Did people that got their accounts fixed got the 30 days free game time added to their existing game time after the merge?

    I have 13 days of game time left from the 14 days free trial, & my 30 days didn't get added to it after the merge. However, I got my Collectors Edition items though!

    Just passed the 2hr and 30min mark waiting for someone... anyone to pick up the phone at Square-Enix.

    Yes. my 30 days got put on my preorder time. I was not a legacy char though

    Just a update. Got through to someone in live chat this morning about 11:30am and just checked my account now at 4:15pm and the issue has been corrected. Though I still have a second service account listed, my primary account now shows the windows version attached to it. hurra!
