anyone with a legacy char can confirm that their 30 days got added towards their 14 days?
FFS, does someone have the number or link to live chat support? I can't even get those options, all I get is email support.

I can't find where to access the live chat on the web.Every time I get to #1 in the chat queue, it kicks me and says no agents are available. I only have a cell phone and am quickly burning through my minutes as I was on hold for an hour and 40 minutes yesterday before needing to go to bed as I was exhausted. Also, it was after 9 on the east coast, so the call center was probably closed.
I've now waited in the chat queue for a total of 5 hours today, just to be kicked off the 3 times I made it to #1, because it said no one was available to help me. My phone has been on hold for about an hour now and I see no end in sight. I'm so depressed over this situation. I regret being excited enough to use my code before reading the forums. Although, in my defense, I didn't even realize a second service account being created under my SE ID was even possible. *sigh*
I didn't get early access because I was given a bad code. Now, I don't get REAL access, because of a code. I spent $80 and change on the collector's edition for the PS3, and right now, all I've got in return is frustration and aggravation. Due to customer service being abysmal, I'm regretting my decision to ever play this game, because even though it is fun as heck, its too annoying to actual pay for continued service.
I honestly don't think they have anyone picking up the phone. Almost 3hrs now... insane.
Once again no agents available when I get to #1 on the queue and I say myself switch from 1-2 back to 1 so they are seeing my ticket and dumping it.

This is for NA. Be prepared for a 2 to 3 hour wait, just to be punted once you reach #1.
