The problem with most of us is the game is registered to the second account, which means you don't own the game on the account your characters are on, which means they won't let you subscribe if you don't have the game.
Sorry, I'm upset about this too. But I believe once everything gets switched over, your 30day free thing will be renewed, and from the point it's fixed I think you'll have 30 days. I'm not making promises, but I think that's how it's going to work.
I'm not entirely worried about the 30 days trial. I'm going to start subbing anyway for the veteran rewards so the 30 day trial period will pretty much go to waste for me. However, like you said, because my game is registered on another service account, I can't even subscribe with the one that I'm using and I won't be able to play after tonight D: So I still need for SE to fix that. I guess the only "good news" for me is I'll be out of town starting tomorrow through Monday so if I can't get through live chat today, I can only hope my ticket is answered by Monday but I also feel like they'll have a labor day weekend holiday break.

It should be that way, but oh well...what to do? I'm not going to create any characters on my second account. Starting over seems dull to me, plus I'm also pretty upset.
I didn't make any characters on that, but if I get desperate, I might make something I don't plan on really going into on my main account, like a tanky roll, lol, I don't usually do those, which could be interesting.. as long as I start in a different place or something.

Yeah, that's the issue...I can not subscribe since my activation code was input in my second service account...
