I asked the person on Chat support what to do if we get to the end of queue and it says no one is available, she said she would wait opposed to restarting queue.
Unreal they took down the ff11 chat support too? I like how they know its an issue but haven't give us an official response. I'm done with this game if they don't have an answer by tonight. Seriously FFS
This won't make you feel much better, I asked her about that too, because I want to play this tomorrow as well! She said if it doesn't recycle to contact them again. Lol. I'd suggest doing it in the morning. I started Queue at 845am, and I got in at about 920, and got a hold of someone.
Make sure you have your original ticket on you, she thought my ticket was for something else, so she said to fill out another form, until I gave her my original ticket.
The problem with most of us is the game is registered to the second account, which means you don't own the game on the account your characters are on, which means they won't let you subscribe if you don't have the game.
