When you get F3/B3 you don't have time to cast more than 1 thunder spell during the rotation anyway. Them changing this only would impact mid level THM.What's the rationale behind this change? The rotation was actually interesting in phase 3 and choices were sometimes difficult. It was a neat, somewhat unique set of mechanics that came together to produce something interesting. The change puts dead buttons on the bar (A really good indicator that something is broken) and simplifies and flattens would could have been a challenging aspect of the class. It's a really poor change, and I'm hoping it gets reverted.
That by itself is a pretty big problem. If you front-end damaging spells are doing more damage than the entire duration of a DoT on the same cast time, we have a problem.
I want to have faith in this game. I really do, but they are making it really hard for me. These are really simple, really obvious problems that should have been addressed on paper. The fact that they hit the live game makes me really nervous.
