Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

So I'm curious, if someone is using an NA server, even if they're international, why aren't they able to use the NA live chat?

They have NA and EU accounts, but those accounts can join any server. So it's all really about the account you have rather than what server(s) you play on. The accounts system seems a bit convoluted TBH.

Call the UK hotline they open from 9am-6pm (GMT) so it should be 7pm - 4am AEST. The number is +44 (0) 870 6000 182, the whole call lasted 5 mins for me when I called last night.

Oops yes you have to contact NA support, but at least you have the option to use their live chat for free. EU doesnt have that.

Just curious, did you get your NA copy online from US sites? Cuz I thought all copies distributed to AU are under SE-EU

I wonder if the lot of us that are stuck are not better off buying ps3 codes to get 30 days free time then letting them merge the PC version one, which would give another 30 days free time... it'll be like.. paying double for a month though >.>

Sorry for my bad engrish but let me ask for a pice of advice.
I'm in same boat here and want to clarify:
1) All my characters are on Service Acc 1.
2) I have accidentally used my 30day code and created Service Acc 2.
3) I have submitted an account help service.

What will happen if i buy another 60day code and will put it into my Service acc 1?
If that works, could i then just upgrade this account to an digital collector and play my 60 days on my First account (where are all my characters by now) and then (if it ever happen) i will get my 30days back?
