I checked my phone and the previous calls failed(I have really shitty reception at home), and that one managed to go through for about 2 minutes before my phone dropped out. I'll try this tomorrow when I'm outside and have better reception. Thanks for posting that number.

Not paying them a penny in phone calls. Going to wait until my ticket is dealt with. It's been acknowledged by email, so I know they've received it at the very least. All the sufficient information was given for them to deal with the query on that form, and we even had to agree to their terms just to get the ball rolling.

You have to call the NA number regardless becuz it area bound. I think someone post it at the beginning of the thread

I tried to call that number Luxembourg/Belgium: 0825 15 00 58 from Belgium and surprisingly, it doesn't work... (what the hell are 0825 ? that doesn't exist in belgium)
