So basically the people that are getting it fixed are the ones who are calling? I might have to wait on the phone for 3 hours then because my BETA is about to run out and I honestly don't trust SE will fix it by then.

Actually there has been at least 1 person that has got it fixed, hmm might be 2, there a few pages back.
They called, escalated it, then SE just applied a new CE key to the 1st service account and they got everything as if they had put a new code in themselves.
..But thats after submitting ticket/form and waitin on the phone etc .. something we shouldnt HAVE to do.

Yes it does seem that way.. unless those people happened to have submitted their forms early on anyway.
But yeah... we really shouldnt have to phone anyone to get this sorted faster, it should be on first come first serve.
I submitted my form real early on the 26th but it doesnt appear on the support page so i dont even knnow if that worked so i re submitted the form and now that ticket appears on support. so even though i contacted them straight away i might have just gone to the back of the queue..
I'm hoping everybody who submitted a ticket will get it fixed, otherwise what's the point of tickets? Timeframe...who knows....but they know about it and hopefully are assembling a team to get it sorted....they have a lot of other stuff to deal with too....admittedly all their own making.....but i'm hoping this is one of the priorities and will be fixed soon..hopefully.....if it drags on for too long then a lot of people will not pay for another month of this game...me included..
Well i aint playing the game til my account gets sorted.. i wish that meant something but its not like theres a free space on the server anyway..
If i had a tinfoil hat on i would suggest SE are in no rush to fix peoples accounts just so theres less people trying to login to the servers..hmm
I can't reach any of the EU support numbers. Can't wait to see my bill for trying(I'm in Australia). I'll fill out the form again, and see if that goes anywhere this time.
