I post another NA number as well. If you check back on page 18 I believe, you we find the two numbers to contact NA customer support.

So... there isn't a North American number? I can't make international calls.

Using this link (http://www.contacthelp.com/directory...ListingID=4425) I found a 1-800 number. Anyone here willing to try it to see if it works? I would... if I was at home instead of work.

They'll escalate your ticket and should be fixed within 2-4 days.

Just did it this way, just hoping theyll do it faster then that.. doubtfull though seeing the mass of problems people are having.

I'm on EU PS3 (standard physical copy) and have been using my EA only (afraid of using my 30 days key)...

If you don't see a ticket listed on the support center I would submit another one.

They could just extend EA for a few days until it's fixed for everyone, that would solve the problem and the frustration we are all experimenting...

They changed the EU Support site, but I can still see it. But it seems that playing the waiting game takes me no where.
