    I post another NA number as well. If you check back on page 18 I believe, you we find the two numbers to contact NA customer support.

    Make sure you create a proper ticket; and just call the number.
    They'll escalate your ticket and should be fixed within 2-4 days.

    Just did it this way, just hoping theyll do it faster then that.. doubtfull though seeing the mass of problems people are having.

    Sure, but what can I do if there is no number to call from my country ? "Sorry that you live in an "unsupported" area, please move in another country" ?

    They could just extend EA for a few days until it's fixed for everyone, that would solve the problem and the frustration we are all experimenting...
