We are now paying customers, so when can the service be used?

I can understand being annoyed about not being able to log in, yes there should be a better que system - its there its just bad.
But as a few others have said, it has never taken me more than 15min to log in and once you are in the game is great.

People have the right to complain about anything they want, and people have the right to defend anything they want.

Are you American playing on NA servers? I'm just curious as I don't have the same experience as a European player. As of yet I haven't been allowed to create a character on a European server...
