I have a lot of understanding. I get that games can't be perfect, and there will be issues especially for new MMOs at launch. But this has been going on for days...some issues since Phase 4 beta. I honestly think they didn't give themselves enough time to work with it, and the beta should have been longer. They apparently thought they fixed the issue, but they only had a couple hours after fixing the game (and at off-hours for NA) to see if the issues were truly resolved.

I don't think it should be that hard to at least get the queue working, even if we have to wait an hour just for that - I'd rather it than having to spam log-in! That's tiring.

I paid for the computer AND PS3 collector's edition (Since PC CE was sold out, it was my only choice - plus I wanted to be able to play on both platforms anyway). Over $100 spent on this game now, and all I want to do is play it. I was so excited and willing to help support SE by purchasing both...Oi. This is highly disappointing. ;___; I wish they would at least communicate with us more...and maybe give us a special event with cool items or just an item or SOMETHING as an apology because this "Sorry for the inconvenience" is getting old. ; A ;
Ok, you have a good point there. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do right now other than wait. The main thing that bothered me is how impatient everyone is about it. I mean, they want to make money, and they aren't going to do it by just sitting around and not fixing anything. The problem will probably be fixed within the next few days. Unfortunately, they will probably lose some customers because of this.
