so what your telling me is they wernt ready even though they knew how many people PRE-ORDERED the game?...hahaha you cant possibly defend them when this has been going on since early access started 4 DAYS ago and they were aware of the pre-order numbers.

They sold out of the collector's edition months before release. That should have been SOME indication... :/

I have a lot of understanding. I get that games can't be perfect, and there will be issues especially for new MMOs at launch. But this has been going on for days...some issues since Phase 4 beta. I honestly think they didn't give themselves enough time to work with it, and the beta should have been longer. They apparently thought they fixed the issue, but they only had a couple hours after fixing the game (and at off-hours for NA) to see if the issues were truly resolved.

I don't think it should be that hard to at least get the queue working, even if we have to wait an hour just for that - I'd rather it than having to spam log-in! That's tiring.

I paid for the computer AND PS3 collector's edition (Since PC CE was sold out, it was my only choice - plus I wanted to be able to play on both platforms anyway). Over $100 spent on this game now, and all I want to do is play it. I was so excited and willing to help support SE by purchasing both...Oi. This is highly disappointing. ;___; I wish they would at least communicate with us more...and maybe give us a special event with cool items or just an item or SOMETHING as an apology because this "Sorry for the inconvenience" is getting old. ; A ;

Yeah. They also had a flood of people asking if they'd be releasing more of the collector's edition. :O

And yeah, I get that. I'm willing to wait it out, and I'll probably still play even if it takes a week or two to fix it. But it's hard to not be at least frustrated by it and want to vent. : (

Part of the problem is scumbags never logging out and the game lacking a feature to auto-log them out when they have been afk long enough.

I consider why the answer is simple they are selfish. The feel they are entitled to stand around idle for hours when others could be playing if they logged out. Their selfishness makes them scumbags.
