QUEUE is Failing / Error 1017

I usually try to stay calm and professional when dealing with a business, but the complete and utter failure of SE has made me no longer wish to do so.

Let it be known that I am a legacy member and I also bought another copy of the game so I could play on PS3. To say that I am excited about this game would be a gross understatement.

I played in alpha and every beta for ARR and have never had to deal with so many problems just logging into the game.

I think I speak for everyone when I say...

HOW THE F*CK IS THIS STILL AN ISSUE?!

I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PLAY FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS OF EARLY ACCESS OVER 3 DAYS!!! WTF IS THAT SH*T!?!?

WHAT THE F*CK IS THE POINT OF HAVING A QUEUE IF IT ISN'T USED AND YOU JUST GET AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO LOG IN!?!?!

FIX THIS SH*T OR I'M RETURNING MY COPY OF THE GAME AND NEVER SUBSCRIBING!!!

This has completely gotten out of hand now. I understand the trials of launch day but seeing as this has been going on through early access as well without seemingly any thought paid to the issue, I begin to wonder if they just assume we will blindly keep playing in the hopes it gets better. The game is amazing so I will give it until I have to actually pay for my membership, but the blind faith is rapidly deteriorating.

I have finally gotten in the game, and just to make a note of how big of a problem this is, there is literally at least AT LEAST 50 people standing afk where i logged in. That is a huge problem SE. Fix your game, this is launch.

And you're the kind of person this genre doesn't need. Go ahead and quit, we'll be far better off without people offering NO positive criticism or suggestions and just using the forums as a place to blow steam and gripe. At the very least, take your rants to general discussion.

EDIT: Flame me if you want, I'm tired of people using a bug report/tech support forum as a place to whine and complain just because those are the 2 places that get checked first by the Devs. Grow up.

I feel like this has just gotten really out of hand. I'm not sure why it hasn't been resolved. The beta didn't have as much of an issue, but one was still present! I just feel like, if they knew it was there...why not fix it before they actually released it?! I've been trying to get in to play for the past 3 hours and all I get is 1017. I literally have NEVER been in the queue! Not ONCE! (I haven't been able to queue since beta 3)
I'm beginning to think there isn't a queue at all.

Again....cant login on the server....Since Sunday! I tried many times on several occasions and all i got is error 1017! Really piss off right now..I know there are trying to solve the problem..but i wouldn't mind if they decided to push the release date to make a smooth launch instead of this frustration that we all have right now..I have my game and all i can do right now is look at my copy without being able to play...I don't want to loose my free trial because of this...I hope they will give us the days that we have lost if this problem persist for a while...Hope the devs find a solutions soon!

The main issue beta didn't have this issue is because they limited how many people could join. The first few weeks of beta were horrible due to the servers crashing as soon as they were opened up. They fixed that problem, and the beta ran very smoothly after that. The servers appear to be set to allow a set number of people on, then put the rest in queue up to a point. After that point it seems that the queue is full, and the rest are left with that error until a spot opens up in the queue.

yes this is a big issue. people are refusing to log out due to the 1017 error. They really need an auto-disconnect function.
