I'm not even getting a que, I can't log in at all. What are you guys doing that you eventually get in game, because it doesn't seem like I can?
Also, as an addendum, the auto kick will just piss off all the people who currently can play. Can't please everyone, that much is a given, but you can try not to displease literally everyone all at once.
Auto kick for prolonged AFK is a standard feature in almost every MMORPG.
If anyone gets "Pissed" about it, joke's on their side.

I would rather just get world full messages all day and not log on all freaking day. This has been a nightmare
If only SOMEONE could make an MMO where 3 out of 4 players don't quit after a weekAdding servers to cope with launch congestion is just a surefire way to get ghost town servers afterwards.
The launch rush always has a limited duration. Once it's done people start logging in less, causing servers to have less concurrent population.
Developers that cave into the demand for more servers *always* find themselves with underpopulated ghost towns afterwards.
It's simply inevitable, as the launch rush never lasts forever.
So in a way it's the devs fault. They don't want to invest in servers because they know deep down that they didn't make a game that will cause people to want to stay (not talking about SE here, just MMO devs in general)
It has absolutely nothing to do with people quitting. During the launch rush people log in a lot and stay logged in longer. Then the novelty wears off, and they set into a routine, logging in less and staying online for shorter periods, resulting in less overall traffic. It's a very normal pattern even for successful MMORPGs.
The large community of people who also payed to play this game and can't log in, because you and your ilk are logged in standing around the Aetherytes in AFK zombie mode. That is who says you have to log out.
The log-off feature exists for a reason. If the people who are not playing would log-off then this wouldn't be an issue. An AFK kick timer would fix the problem, allowing the people who are actively wanting to play to do so, while the people who are logged on for no reason (other than that they don't want to have to log in again) would get kicked off to allow the people who want to play to do so.
Standing around as an AFK zombie is not playing the game. Worried about getting kicked while waiting for those really long Duty Finder queues, do some fishing.

You are right OP. The servers will soon be less populated because people will quickly cancel their subscriptions because they cannot play the game.
no just no nobody realizes how to fix this problem cept me apparently
