As for what this has to do with technical support, there are a lot of people coming here asking for technical explanations of what is being done or for help getting into the game(both of which I would consider valid technical support requests)... and then you have the people who are replying to them with variations on "you're dumb. If you don't like it don't play. SE can do no wrong." This causes a vast escalation, which then raises tentions and tempers and causes more frustration and anger, and people feel the need to vent... And guess what, there is no other place on the forums where they can do so.

My question is why are people dismissing valid concerns expressed by paying customers and, in most cases belittling them and/or making little of their concerns and frustrations. How much can you really excuse in this debacle?
This is no longer an issue about the concerns. They have been acknowledged, and are being worked on. Impatiently flooding the forums will not make that work go any faster. I'm frustrated just like everyone else, but I know there is no point in hammering away at the game servers OR the forums. It won't help, period. Bypassing the rules so one can vent only serves to further congest the forums.

I neither excuse nor defend the way things are with the game. I'm just patiently waiting for it to be fixed. There is nothing else anyone can do without adding to the issues through forum congestion.
