My situation is the same as MikeJ777's, but instead of Standard I have a Legacy account. The problem is that reaching them by phone is not an option for me because I'm not from USA, and probably wouldn't be able to solve the issue on the phone.
It would be SUPER AWESOME if someone from SE came here gave us a form to solve this issue through the Support Center, just like there are many other forms for issues surrounding code registration.
