HELP! Didn't get my CE items for my digital download!

I bought the digital download a few weeks ago.
Managed to get into beta 4, and early access no problem.
I did get a pre-order registration code emailed to me. used it on the account, and got my pre-order items. Mog hat, and cait sith doll.

I do NOT see anything about my CE edition items. Nor did i get a seperate email or additional codes!

I see TONS of people in game have theres! Furthmore....in mog station, it only shows alts i made on the japan servers. My main character on the NA server does not appear!

What is going on? Did i mess up, or is SE/digital river dropping the ball?

How do i get my items! Its bad enough that it takes me 4 hours of non stop clicking to log into my server...but to also get ripped off from my CE items....
I'm just about ready to give up....I took two days off work to play and couldn't log in. and now i feel like i wasted money on CE items i can't claim!

Just wait, there should be another code, should come in the email at some point, other people have had the same issues from what I've seen.
My own codes(from amazon) came in two sets as well, preorder and retail.
Just seems some retailers are slower than others.

I assume Gamestop will also send an email with the collector's edition code?

I got my CE edition direct from Square Enix website. And only received the pre-order code. How long does it take to get the second email?

they really aren't doing much to boost my confidence that i haven't in fact been frauded into buying a game i can't play, and spending extra for items i can't claim.

I assume Gamestop will also send an email with the collector's edition code?

If you got the digital version, your codes will be listed in the gamestop app (under my games, click on ff XIV, then product code) that it should have prompted you to download when you bought your copy.

It just listed the Pre-order/Early access code. No Collector's Edition Code. I confirmed I got the collector's edition on my digital receipt.
Should I call Gamestop or Square-Enix about my code then?

UPDATE:

I did infact get a secondary email this morning. It was located in my spam folder. which is odd...cause all my other emails from square and digital river are allowed and came to my inbox.

If you still dont have your second code....check spam folder.

When you get it..Sign into mogstation and ADD SERVICE! DO NOT HIT ADD ACCOUNT!
Hitting add service for either PS3 or PC. then it will ask for new code. input, and BAM...your good to go.

I got the email in my spam folder, thank you for the tip, however it is saying my code is invalid.

I got 2 codes, 1 divided into 5 segments (there are 5 segments on the code entry form), labeled as "Digital Rights" and 1 divided into 4 segments unlabeled.

Then in the email you just got today...use the first code labelled digital rights.
Enter that in. Its the same format as the pre-order code, but will be a second code all together.

(side note) my computer tried to autofill my previous pre-order code. So i had to do it again and be certain teh new digital rights code was entered.

Thats the code I used and got the invalid code message from. The other code wont fit in the entry form.
