My situation is the same as MikeJ777's, but instead of Standard I have a Legacy account. The problem is that reaching them by phone is not an option for me because I'm not from USA, and probably wouldn't be able to solve the issue on the phone.
It would be SUPER AWESOME if someone from SE came here gave us a form to solve this issue through the Support Center, just like there are many other forms for issues surrounding code registration.
BTW, MikeJ777, could you give me the email you received from them, so I can try to contact them directly?

And what happens if there is just the serial code written (the one with four spaced numbers)?After some super sleuthing, I finally figured out how to get your CE registration code without them sending you an email if you ordered from SE store:
go to store.na.square-enix.com/orders
enter your order # and your password, the page it sends you takes you to an order status page, your registration codes will be there plain as day. Take that code and go to the FFXIV Mogstation - https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app and go to account services then click on add pc service, enter your code and voila! 30 days game time and in game shinies.
