HELP! Didn't get my CE items for my digital download!

After some super sleuthing, I finally figured out how to get your CE registration code without them sending you an email if you ordered from SE store:

go to store.na.square-enix.com/orders

enter your order # and your password, the page it sends you takes you to an order status page, your registration codes will be there plain as day. Take that code and go to the FFXIV Mogstation - https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app and go to account services then click on add pc service, enter your code and voila! 30 days game time and in game shinies.

For Amazon code, just log onto your Amazon account and look under games. You can get your product key there. Use that code to enter into Mog Station. Make sure to use caps

just tried to ring that from a spare mobile with liek a pound credit on it and the number isnt recodnized ?

Yeah, because that's creating a new service account. It won't upgrade your existing account.

that is the full link, you go there and enter your order number from the very first email they sent you from digital river, basically your order receipt, take that order number and your SE account password then do everything else. I just got all mine in game.

I got it from a support operator YEARS ago when I was playing FFXI. I don't think they have it posted on a website anywhere, at least not that I could find.

You should have gotten two additional emails, for the CE edition. You'll see a new "Digital Rights" key, this will be used to 'upgrade' your previously early access code to the CE edition. In order to do this, log into the square enix account management, click on Select service -> FFXIV. This will launch a "new" looking account interface, click ACCOUNT SERVICES ->add the code (new) that you received in the email. It should only be 4 letters long for each box.

Yeah, because that's creating a new service account. It won't upgrade your existing account.

You were right, my bad, it's under account services add pc service, that's where you can enter that code you find in the previous instructions.
