HELP! Didn't get my CE items for my digital download!

I got the email in my spam folder, thank you for the tip, however it is saying my code is invalid.

I got 2 codes, 1 divided into 5 segments (there are 5 segments on the code entry form), labeled as "Digital Rights" and 1 divided into 4 segments unlabeled.

Yeah when you find this out, please PLEASE let me know because I'm also wondering about the second code.

yes, either spam or junk or whatever your email client uses to filter out stuff it assumes is garbage email.

Just got off the phone with SE Support.

So with my situation, I already had a Standard Edition on my account (got it with my beta key, never played 1.0). A bonus code cant be used to upgrade a Standard Edition to the Collector Edition (which is why the code kept coming up as invalid). The only way to upgrade it to collector's is to purchase a digital upgrade via Mogstation. I asked if he could credit me Crysta so I may do so since I purchase the Collector's Edition already, and he said he could not. So I asked for someone over him. He had a new option for me, which was to send a proof of purchase to an email he gave me, along with my support ticket number, and the code I was trying to use. Upon them receiving this email, he said they will render the code invalid and upgrade my account to Collector's Edition.

For those in a similar situation, I advise you to get a Ticket Number and contact SE Support at 858-790-7529. The wait may be long, but they will definitely get your sorted.

just tried to ring that from a spare mobile with liek a pound credit on it and the number isnt recodnized ?
