If your character is showing up on being on that 1.0 account then yeah, renewing that would work because 1.0 players get the game free. If you can't see your character on any of the service accounts, then you'll have to wait a bit because it's a common issue right now for no characters to show up.

I see. In this case, I only see my 1.0 characters and NOT the one I am currently using in ARR.

Does this mean that I will only be able to play with these characters, for now? o_O
