If you bought the PSN version, login to the PSN version starting a couple hours ago, it'll ask to relink your account. Once that's done, you'll get the additional 30 days.

Or, if you get the physical PS3 or any digital PC version, you'll need to wait for tomorrow to get then register your code.

Is there confirmation anywhere that they're going to send out the digital codes tomorrow? Like others, I purchased digital from the NA Squenix store (through Digital River), and to this point the only code I've gotten was the one that allowed me into Early Access. It shows me as having 4 days of Free Trial access on my account.
