Keep in mind that if you own 1.0 (as you specified) and try to register another PC code onto it, you will not get another 30 days free when you enter the code from everything I've read unless you make a new account entirely. You'll only get another 30 days free on your 1.0 account if you get and register the PS3 version to it, or buy the PS3 version off PSN itself. The later has no codes associated with it.

What about where it says "You have no available characters."? Do I need to do anything there or wait for the sub to kick in when it's available?

Mine says No Characters as well, but it says I have 45 days remaining. I had the 1.0 non-legacy edition giving me 15 days, and I just re-logged into the PS3 version I bought off PSN, where it asked for me to re-sync the account. After that, the Mog Station showed 45 days remaining.

Like others, I purchased digital from the NA Squenix store (through Digital River), and to this point the only code I've gotten was the one that allowed me into Early Access. It shows me as having 4 days of Free Trial access on my account.

No, there is not. I'm just assuming tomorrow because that is the day the game officially launches. If they were late by even one day on that, people would have a valid excuse to issue a refund on Paypal or any other online payment method.
