15 days remaining?

I pre-ordered the game but according to the Mog Station it says I have 15 days remaining, and also 0 characters *shrug* I assumed pre-ordering grants 30 days free.

I do own 1.0 but I'm not a legacy player, and decided to pre-order a few months ago to get early access. I don't have more than one Square Enix account or any multiple services, just the one. The page does say I have the pre-order items so I know it's on the right account.

Just hoping someone can clear this up before I start the automatic renewal? If I go for the standard payment will it register my character?

Early access grants ~6 days starting the 24th. Registering the code you get when you purchase the game grants 30 days.

Edit- 1.0 owners get 2 weeks starting the 27th.

If you bought the PSN version, login to the PSN version starting a couple hours ago, it'll ask to relink your account. Once that's done, you'll get the additional 30 days.

Or, if you get the physical PS3 or any digital PC version, you'll need to wait for tomorrow to get then register your code.

Says i've only got 4 days also. when i try to register the only code i got, it says its already used...

Keep in mind that if you own 1.0 (as you specified) and try to register another PC code onto it, you will not get another 30 days free when you enter the code from everything I've read unless you make a new account entirely. You'll only get another 30 days free on your 1.0 account if you get and register the PS3 version to it, or buy the PS3 version off PSN itself. The later has no codes associated with it.

Mine says No Characters as well, but it says I have 45 days remaining. I had the 1.0 non-legacy edition giving me 15 days, and I just re-logged into the PS3 version I bought off PSN, where it asked for me to re-sync the account. After that, the Mog Station showed 45 days remaining.
