I got this error also.
Sent in a ticket to be on the safe side but glad to hear it wasn't just my code doing it.

Iam in Aus and i have the same error

Edit - so i picked up my CE box from local gaming shop, and was able to enter my SE code ( all good there, i hope ) and went to enter my promotion code (PS3) and i get the Invalid message - any help would be good thanks, also my MogStation is showing all my char ( have 2 for my kids) but its only showing 3 days free and my per order items, and i got them in game early this morning
