    Greetings,

    To clarify those asking about where their CE items are:

    New users who purchased the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition
    The registration code (PC) and promotion code (PS3) that you will need to register will be included inside your copy of the game when you receive it.
    The pre-order code you redeemed grants early access and the two in-game bonus items (Moogle Cap/Cait Sith Doll minion) and not the CE items.

    If you purchased via the PlayStation Network, the codes are already registered on the back end and will show up with connecting your Sony Entertainment Network account to your Square Enix account.

    If you purchased a PC digital download edition, the retailer you purchased it from will send you your registration code when the game launches in your respective territory.
    For your reference, the North American Square Enix Online store will send them out at 12 a.m. PDT.

    I didn't receive my items in-game, and I'm looking at mog station and it doesn't even show that I'm eligible for the CE items. It offers to upgrade to it for 19.99. I have the 1.0 CE box sitting right next to me that I used to register and play the game the day it came out. What's the deal?

    Who gives a damn if you can't login to access said items. Seriously, this is the last thing that SE needs to be concerned with right now in terms of this game. It's almost a slap in the face that they are trying to divert attention to this over the problems that the NA/EU servers are experiencing.

    we're not exactly experiencing issues, we just can't log in because all of our servers have a login restriction atm that will (hopefully) be gradually lifted tomorrow at 12am pdt. It's not a diversion if they're just trying to release more info about other current issues. I know it sucks i'm waiting just like you. Just calm down, this ... is gonna be a pretty rough week... or 2

    ummmm okay you didn't really need to bring me into that conversation, I won't judge you for the way you want it. Do as you wish, if you're not willing to wait out the issues then all I can say is good luck to you. No MMO releases 100% right from the start, and honestly we should be pretty glad this happened on EA over release, (not that we should be happy it happened at all. Nor that it will stop it from happening again which is a big concern atm and why they restriction has not been lifted.)

    Agreed, the unfortunate part is these are the cards we've been dealt. Does not truly solve anything by sitting on forums stating blasphemy. Again however I agree, I'm very frustrated myself

    This would only be useful if I could actually log on with my legacy character and play. Instead I am stuck with a constant "world full" message. Early access was a joke and if the server issues are not resolved soon I will not be renewing my subscription until the game becomes playable. I've been patient for two years but I am quickly running out of patience for this game and this company.

    Any chance we could get a reference for the EU/UK? I see people with their items around me but I have yet to receive mine ^^;;
