The PS3 Promotion Codes don't work.Greetings,
To clarify those asking about where their CE items are:
New users who purchased the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition
The registration code (PC) and promotion code (PS3) that you will need to register will be included inside your copy of the game when you receive it.

I bought from SE PAL oceanic NZ, so my Digital edition should be here 20 hours ago...... Still not here
Looks like im stuck waiting on those slackers in the EU as usual.
Also the Mog account site bonus codes is not working.
Asuna gloves & Dalamud minion codes are not going through.

I guess this would be the time to ask. I received a buddy pass a long time ago, when a friend gave me his around launch. Eventually I bought the game, and it being a CE and all, decided to register it to my account. However, instead it made a separate service account rather than being added to my service account. At the time I did not know this would happen. I still have the Onion Helm registered to my current service account.
Because of this, I cannot access the CE items for ARR. Why not tie the in game items to the onion helm? That would make more sense honestly.
Here are the images to show exactly what my issue is.
Is there any way for me to get these items on my second service account without having to dish out $20? It's not a dealbreaker for me, but it's still kinda crappy.
I found a page on the support site the other day (messed up registering preorder codes to the wrong accounts) but it seems to have disappeared. They've now got (for the preorder codes) this http://support.eu.square-enix.com/fa...la=2&kid=68476 (EU site) - so might be worth raising a ticket with support. I remember the older page saying that they could transfer the codes from one service account to the other, they'd only do it once for an SE account and they it could take up to 2 weeks to process but that it was possible. So worth giving it a try.
i bought digital CE upgrade from SE store and the codes i got are invalid. says they have to be registered to account from same region. my account is NA and the codes are NA region. only response i have from SE is in reference to 1017 error, wait longer to log in.
Got a problem. I bought the CE digitally, it is 11:47 AM EST, almost a full 12 hours after the Squeenix store shoulda sent it out, and STILL no mail. Not in spam folder, not in actual folder. Nothing. I'm more than slightly agitated. If you purchased a PC digital download edition, the retailer you purchased it from will send you your registration code when the game launches in your respective territory.
For your reference, the North American Square Enix Online store will send them out at 12 a.m. PDT.
I just posted what to do try it out.
Digital River only handle NA digital orders via the NA Square Enix store. EU doesn't work via the www.findmyorder.com method.
When I input the code I got in my physical PC EU CE edition into the mogstation, it registers as a Standard edition.Greetings,

The pre-order code you redeemed grants early access and the two in-game bonus items (Moogle Cap/Cait Sith Doll minion) and not the CE items.
The other code the 6-3-6-3 one, says invalid when I try to register my game at Members Square enix.com
i own CE 1.0 and i pre-ordered ARR for ps3 and still have not received my CE items O.o
