I finally got a reply to my ticket. They told me it will take 48 hours to process and fix it. I am not really worry about it anymore. I purchased a physical copy from Gamestop. So, I suppose I can just register the CE code to my "service account 1" slot and delete the other..should be fine, right?

Yeah but you need the code for EA to get the EA items on the account.

My characters show up now. Seems a lot of issues are fixed with the "just wait around a while" method. Hopefully time will iron out everyone else's problems, too.

Yeah they have been showing up in the account management. Just the service isnt selectable in game.
