I just made a third ticket and i'm really losing all hope for SE, especially when you're from EU region like me, our only support is through the site, and they clearly don't really give a shit.

I'm in the same situation with a second service account with EA and my chars on the first...

First of all when creating a ticket they demand a 20 character code, pretty hard when ps3 users only have 12 character codes...

It took them 16 hours to confirm they recieved my first ticket, but do you think they would handle or rectify anything? Nope...

SE hates customers and wants nothing to do with them is all I can conclude from their stance and behavior.
