The Early Access Code is the code you enter on the SE website. Then afterwards they give you the ps3 code. And ive made 3 tickets and eveeyone took almost 24hrs to get confirmation and Im in US. I just wanna play eventually and have my EA items. :/I just made a third ticket and i'm really losing all hope for SE, especially when you're from EU region like me, our only support is through the site, and they clearly don't really give a shit.
I'm in the same situation with a second service account with EA and my chars on the first...
First of all when creating a ticket they demand a 20 character code, pretty hard when ps3 users only have 12 character codes...
It took them 16 hours to confirm they recieved my first ticket, but do you think they would handle or rectify anything? Nope...
SE hates customers and wants nothing to do with them is all I can conclude from their stance and behavior.
I'm in the same boat..was apart of the Aug 13-15 CE PSN download club. Now I have 2 service accounts since I used my refund to buy SE for EA. Next day Square refunded me completely and gave me CE so I have both showing in Accn. Management -_-....I really don't want to start again for the 4th time here
Any knew info on this? I would really like to know.
Not sure how much this helps but I found this on loadstone if it pertains to this. Just not sure where entitlements show since I am not at home at the moment.

I believe this applies to physical copies.. been on phone with customer service all day to get info on digital copy

Can someone just link me to the correct page where "service accounts" and "entitlements" and everything else are supposed to be listed, please? I've already logged into at least two websites, and i still don't see the one where i supposedly registered for Early Access the other day. This is too confusing.

Anyone actually received and email back from SE confirming they have moved the pre order code to the right service account? I'm at 50 hours waiting and still no reply. Sure I got the first email saying they retrieved my request but meh. What on earth are they doing. Nothing is getting fixed.

I have the preorder items in the game right now, but nothing (no email, no indication on websites) has ever notified me that my account has any sort of preorder status, or that i even have a functional service account, except when i entered one of three codes i've been in possession of. (Yes, three. I ordered one time, and have already had three different preorder codes.). Unless i'm totally looking in the wrong place.
