Ok so logged into the square enix account managment and it shows mog station now and it shows the preorder bonus on the account but cannot find the CE items yet for PS3.. Log in here and check

I have only one service account with the pre-order code correctly registered on it but my character is not displayed on that page.
The account is the same (same user id and password) and I can play with my character.
That's weird.

Update: Problem solved, now the character name is displayed.

Same for me. My main character from beta and early access doesn't show in the service account or when trying to register the game.
But, a newbie character made on a japanese server made during maintainance of the NA/EU servers shows up instead. This isn't the character I want to have as main character, but the previous one I've used as main character. Besides, the new character is in the wrong world/region.
I just hope I'll still be able to use my main character after I register.

Update:
I waited a couple of hours before doing the register procedure, and now everything is in order.
Both characters are registered at my account now.

I am a bit concerned because this shows my active JP character but not my NA/EU main character. Also I want to register the PS3 but since I bought off the PSN I dont have a registration code so I am a bit lost.. Maybe it will let me choose when I log in today

My account has now updated, and shows that the preorder code was registered, but it doesn't show any characters at the moment.

Yep I got the same thing. Doesnt show my main NA Toon only my JP one I made while error 3102 was going on. : / . There isnt a way to reapply or change anything from here is there?

Can't say I see anything to make those changes.. I am also assuming the entitlements are on the top of the page where it lists the game but it only shows for me > Beta Test 3 and Early access code but not collectors edition nor the actual game. Hmmmm, I think i had better just wait till I get home and see if I can log in and it update my information. Perhaps I am a bit too anxious and jumping to conclusions while I sit tirelessly here at work lol

Also says 4 days left on free trial. I dont see any CE stuff but I got mine at Gamestop so Im sure the reg key I put in tonight will fix that. Dont see any options to move the code over or anything. They do allow you to add PS3 or PC to the account except they want you to buy another code to apply it.

If you are in game right now you will have early access items given to you but in regards to the CE items you need to register the CE code on psn account management and then it will ask which account you want to link it to when you log in and you just choose your beta toon.

Hell I can't even install the game and I prepaid on the GameStop website. I looked at GameStop and it said closed and my label is getting printed and its getting ready to be shipped. I hope I get it tomorrow.
