Rocky launches aside, this could have been alleviated a bit had phase 4 not been for 3 days. Hardly a test.

Making phase 4 longer wouldn't have alliviated anything. These problems are occuring because the load on the servers was much greater than in the beta (from all the people who bought the game who didn't play during the beta. Many of the random people preordering from gamestop or other places may not have even known about it)
