Unable to update the Group NA/EU Character List

I've had fucking enough of this bullshit.. Sorry for my harsh language but this company just a huge fucking joke like it's 1st april. First you released ff xiv that was a disaster and now all those advertisements about whole new game, great working and shit.. exactly, I can't call it differently, what you guys sold us is a shit. Big fat shit in a nice coloured, flashy paper. I don't giva a fuck about price of the game which is not much (that could explain..), what I do care is a fact that I've payed to play entire weekend, worked my ass off entire week so I can have 2 days free to play brand new final fantasy xiv, pissed off my boss, pissed off my customers, lost around 2k bucks just so I can play it.. in nearly 40 hours since early access start I played maybe 4-5 hours, rest of the time was downtime, maintances, disconnects, servers full and lack of ability to connect o retrieve char lists. Let me ask you this - IS THIS FUCKING FAIR?! To charge for shit that doesn't work?! Don't come here thanking for our patience, we don't have any fucking patience left after 2 days of fucking downtime! We dont have understanding for releasing something that doesn't work! It's like selling a fucking car without a fucking gearbox! It's a fucking disgreace.. ur ancestors would have commited mass suicide after such failure - death before dishonour. I'm ou of words and I'm going to sleep before I'll have to charge u with medical bill and another day lost at work.. fucking morons.. Fuck you SE!

really login restrictions and so what happens when its official launch and there is 10 times more people trying to login what are they going to tell all those people who paid to play the game and cannot even log into the na servers.
oh we are sorry for the inconvenience even though you paid to play the game we are restricting how many people can actually log in so that this new version of this game can BOMB and everyone demand a refund.
and they really expect people to pay a monthly subscription with still this many problems with the game.

I'd go with PWE Neverwinter. I'm not aware of any game breaking duping bugs yet.

I'm mostly stuck with no na/eu server list. On occasion for a change of pace I can see my character and get the 1017 instead, the highlights of my afternoon!
