    And the thing is they are saying please go play on a less populated server - but there are non as all EU servers are full - are they expecting us to go to a NA server and start our character again - sort it out SE

    I don't like that we are expected to ditch all progress on a character to move servers and start all over again :/
    There seems to be very little customer contact from admins and such as well
    Very sad as I loved this game when I started playing, so much fun was had for all of a few hours

    I for one (it seems) would just like to congratulate the customer service department for their prompt response to my enquiry.

    Last night whilst I was enjoying exploring the game, the infamous 10102 network error message appeared so I got in touch with service department. Within half an hour they responded, detailing and informing me of their current server issues and apologising every step of the way. An hour or so later I was able to log back in and resume my early access!

    Have some empathy peeps, things like this will inevitably happen and aught to be expected. Lets all try and be optimistic. I for one am grateful the problems are being resolved sooner than later.

    I'm sure several months down the line, many of us will be looking back with rosy eyes and discussing this with our friends with smiles and warm funny feeling in our hearts.
