Error 1017 The world is full

EU player here, called it a night after several maintenance attempts and came back 7 hours later and it's still the damn broken game. Previously instances servers were down, now I can't even log in. You might as well shut down all the server and sort it out properly. This is rather disgraceful to be honest.

Likewise, me and my friend called it a night last night and thought it would be better to try in the morning after they iron out some issues over night only to not even be bale to log on in the morning.

I think SE have to converto the Early Access in Beta phase 5. At least more correct.

I appreciate that this is done to ease on server congestion due to the previous maintenance but why can't I even queue up to enter my server? I don't enjoy having to manually try each time.

After the emergency maintenance on Aug. 25, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., to confirm the optimization of the matching server for the Duty Finder, we will be limiting the login more than usual. We will be relieving the limitation gradually as we see oversee the status.

But normally your placed in a queue. but now that doesn't even happen so how are we to know we can try to log on ?

i dont mind being placed in a 2 hour queue at least i know something is happening then and i can just go afk for a while -_-

Can't be placed in a queue if the server is actually restricting the popcount on a login basis.
Queue assumes that the login is in progress, the whole point of the queue is just to prevent a thousand people pulling chardata at once.

I was in adungeon run and the game crashed. Tried to relog and now I'm getting 1017 without any queue at all.
Isn't the purpose of a queue to allow people to orderly log onto a congested world?
Please fix this asap.
