Error 1017 The world is full

I get the feeling the queue is limited to 200 spots... but it goes down fast, so spam trying to enter has worked for me. Eventually I get to around spot 200 (never above, always below or equals) and then I'm in game within a few seconds after this.

Your a lucky one that gets a queue, most of us can keep clicking :s

the annoying thing is my partner, in the same living room on a different computer is in and playing away and i can even log in i guess its my turn ... he was error 3102 last weekend :\

There's an announcement on the main page:

Sounds like the 1017 error might be them deliberately throttling the population limit in order to solve the duty finder problem. Give it a couple of hours. MMOs rarely have smooth launches, just be patient and try to be as helpful as possible when reporting bugs if you want things to get back on track as quickly as possible.

problem isn't the throttle of the population, it is the fact that they have no auto disconnect for AFK people blocking the server and not doing the instance, the idea is to let in a small number they get the instance done, then some more and you all get through them but selfish people login and think yay i am in i will stay logged in and go shopping and play laterz.

this is fixed by adding a 10 min disconnect for inactivity problem solved and sooooooo much less frustrating

Yes, i can instantly login my char there... but i don't want to play on JP server xD

I'm kinda disappointed they didnt atleast implement Legacy Priority, I think something like that would be long overdue. We subscribed the whole time it was possible in 1.0 and been loyal. And now were just being ignored . Thanks SE ....

As for creating characters on other server, I think most 1.0 Veterans will share my opinion when I say that I find that inacceptible, I played my Character for near 2 Years. I wont begin a new character now Oo

Why not just allow people to be in queue, atleast I can see that I'm now 500th in line.
The game bugged out for me and well now I keep getting this.
It's rather irritating after 3 maintenances and a broken duty finder.

if you don't mind playing with americans they are all asleep there servers are quiet and they haven't been over loaded with new players
