Same... My Husband is sitting next to me with the game and I just want to cry haha, sometimes I hate being a gamer.....
You activated your 18 digit code correct? So i got my Pre-order code few days ago on PC and i have registered it without any problems.
But when i try log-in the game i get this message.
No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.
Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.
* Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30, 2013. Using the code enclosed with your package, please complete registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.
Even in my SE accoint it says i have registered FFXIV: A Realm Reborn.
But the clien still thinks i don't have the FFXIV: A Realm Reborn registered at all.
If that is the case you should receive a 20 digit code via email. Then you must activate that through mog station.
I'm getting the Error 3 code. I been cancelling and pre-ordering 3 times already and each time the code is for ps3, not pc...
Got an update from my problem, went from error 3 to error 1...
Yes i did activated my 18 digit code few days ago but the 20 digit code i never even got that email, even i got access to Beta phase 1-4 but still unable to get the early access code via email.
Getting error 3 changing to error 1. This is insane. I have been trying to register it since the put the page up. We need some kind of customer service here.
If it's like this all weekend, I will not be very happy. Square's servers messing up because of traffic is one thing. But preorder codes not working? That's unacceptable. It's so dumb that you'd need two codes to redeem in the first place.same here i tried redeeming it both ways they stated and by accessing my sony psn account online and all the same, invalid or expired. for 4 days now it has told me this. i preordered a physical copy of FFXIV CE for PS3 from DRI on 6-17-2013 and now just get the cold shoulder
That it is but at the end of the day all we can do is post in hopes of getting some kind of response.
Exactly. Why do we even need two codes? The code we paid for should be what is used to get access. This is very frustrating.
why is ps3 reliant on psn to register a game with square? why didn't we get codes to register our service accounts directly with the company who made the game and is going to bill us each month? if square just registered my account from the start i could log in an hour ago. like sony cares if they ever get the data
