My problem is not receiving an EU Pre-Order Code.

I have contacted them via webchat every day since Wednesday 21st when they refused to check the details and assured me it would arrive by Friday at the latest. Now they are telling me that they cant guarantee a code before the 27th. After ordering this game months ago, I am really disgusted by the customer service I have had.

When I telephoned the UK office this morning, I was advised that only Head Office can issue me the code..... (Head Office is of course non customer facing haha)

Imagine how much frustration could be avoided if their front line staff could just issue one or have the code that should have been issued on the screen with the order..... Then they could just tell us it over the phone or webchat......

So yeah, if you have the same problem with an EU code (as registration numbers were not placed in the order confirmation email like the NA one) then make sure you have submitted a support ticket. Then cross your fingers.....

Hi i have still yet to receive my code for early access game was ordered on 23/07/2013 03:54, and still no code to access game now there's 20 minutes left until launch and no code... this has got to be the worst launch of a game ever !!! Where is my code??? regardless if i don't have the code by launch then i will be issuing a charge back and getting a refund !!!

its nice for some to have a code to put in, i get onto the site to enter the code but they have failed to send mine sigh

While I didn't have any problems putting my code in my wife on the other hand is getting error 3. We got our codes at the same time, same place. This effects me just as much as her because I want to play this game with my wife to enjoy it to its fullest...

I redeemed a code from the site. It gave me my 12-digit PS3 code. I just tried to register it as Early Access was starting and it says it's no longer valid. Am I going to miss Early Access because I didn't redeem the code yet?

So i got my Pre-order code few days ago on PC and i have registered it without any problems.

But when i try log-in the game i get this message.

No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.

* Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30, 2013. Using the code enclosed with your package, please complete registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.

Even in my SE accoint it says i have registered FFXIV: A Realm Reborn.
But the clien still thinks i don't have the FFXIV: A Realm Reborn registered at all.

Error 90000 was not fixed.

I got on for like 15 seconds, said hi to my FC, got booted and now alternate between a lobby error and no worlds in the NA/EU list.

This sucks.

same here i tried redeeming it both ways they stated and by accessing my sony psn account online and all the same, invalid or expired. for 4 days now it has told me this. i preordered a physical copy of FFXIV CE for PS3 from DRI on 6-17-2013 and now just get the cold shoulder
