    Unfortunately this doesn't work either. I was thinking of reinstalling Windows, but apparantly that doesn't work either according to another poster here. I've literally tried everything. The last straw for me is a new router... I have one coming here from my ISP. Should be here in a few minutes. If that doesn't work I really don't know what to do.

    Anyone know of a torrent of today's update? Any other ideas or suggestions? Anyone who posts here with the [30413][10009][10019] issue, please also let us know who your ISP is.

    I don't think it's an issue on our end at all. Replacing modem / router / reinstalling Windows / disabling antivirus won't fix it. Square Enix needs to get their crap together.

    I've got Charter cable Internet.

    It'd be nice if it was at least addressed. Tons of people had the problem throughout Alpha and Beta for almost 2 years now. Nothing has ever been said. I dunno.

    I too had this problem this morning, exact error, restarted the download 6 times from 0/1035.90MB, finally after I set the ffxivboot to Run as administrator and run this program in compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 3, then double checked that the admin permission were all checked under the security tab.

    after those steps It was all good, from start to finish the whole 1035.90 MB just 2 mins ago. not sure if this is a fix or I just got lucky
    and my connection is a slow wireless ISP in the middle of nowhere in TX
    which is only 120kb/s
    no anti virus or anything like that installed on this PC

    Pretty sure you got lucky. I've done all that on mine too and no dice. Maybe if I just keep sitting here smashing my face on the keyboard it'll eventually work, but the point is - it shouldn't be this difficult to download a game.

    Tried that before reinstalling Windows and again earlier today afterwards, didn't change anything. The error is a server error. Why do you people think it's an issue with our computers?

    I was in beta 1, 2, 3, and 4. This problem started for me right after the end of phase 3. There were a ton of posts on the beta forum but no solutions yet. Still no response and it is frustrating to not have a response yet. Tried everything mentioned in this post with no success. My ISP is Time Warner Cable.

    Don't worry it gets worse. I swapped my router and FINALLY got through the 1035mb patch download only to get ANOTHER failure during updating. No worries you say, atleast the download is done, nope it starts alllll over. /sigh

    Same here :/ By way of a bit of an update... I said I was getting a new router. I setup the new and... same issue. So it's not the router. Please help devs!
