New big update, same problem. Hello again [30413][10009][10019] my old friend.
Need to be able to resume downloads again like we could before the phase 4 client.

I'm in the same boat. Been trying to update game for the last 2 hours (Or when patch went live.) Constant error. Farthest i got was about 1/4 the way to completion then server stopped responding. This is getting really old. Ive had these issues since phase 2 of the beta. Every patch is a fight. Its ridiculous. I havent experienced any of the game server errors that others have, but when i wanna update my game oooh man... Come on SE DO SOMETHING PLEASE.

I've had this since alpha.![]()
Have been doing google search all night. Nothing that I've found worked. I've tried EVERYTHING. Port forwarding, turning off firewalls, rebooting routers the list goes on. I'm at a loss. Don't know what the hell to do.
I've tried every suggestion made to fix the issue and I came up with the idea of creating a virtual machine of Windows XP SP3 using VirtualBox and it seems to be downloading it without issues. I'll just need to keep it around everytime there's an update. A solution that works, otherwise try finding other machines with installations of Windows.

Thats any interesting fix. Only way I got it to go through was connecting to the internet through another room in the house. Its the weirdest thing. One would assume that it was the router i was going through initially causing the issue, but that wasnt the case. It seems to some how be tied to the internet in my room specifically. (Swapped both routers just to troubleshoot and see if it was the router) Neither worked in my bedroom to do update, but hooking them in a different room in the house (through completely different coax ports coming from the walls) made it work through both said routers. So I'm at a total loss for what the issue could really be. Generally if youre getting internet through the coax it shouldnt be the problem since its essentially just a "pipe" Its nothing involving firewalls considering my PC just being hooked up in different room made it run, using the TWO different routers.
