Been there, done that, got the chocobo plushie. Actually I only had the privilege of paying for an hour+ long phone call and listening to "please ensure you have a ticket" and "our customer service representative will be with you as soon as possible" over and over again, and finally giving up when I read others not getting any help when they got through anyway.
